Our laser focus on healthcare professionals allows you to join our team of more than 1,000 nurses, pharmacists and related healthcare professionals. We offer Clinical Nurse Educators, On-call/Nurse Specialists, Medical Liaisons, Medical Affairs support and other MedEd teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the clients marketing plan by gathering key referral information, patient identification, treatment patterns and delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective physicians and mid-levels. You will utilize all marketing messaging designed for the respective audience. You must have clinical knowledge to best understand and manage the program provided by the customer. Increased business activity for the client will result from your efforts. Compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. Participation in training and development programs is required. Other responsibilities may include:
Implement and execute in a compliant manner marketing and sales direction to achieve promotional objectives Establish and maintain professional relationships with physician groups Present a professional sales image in all business matters Perform outgoing calls and answer incoming calls in professional manner following client guidelines and Business Rules Identify and escalate priority issues Work collaboratively with inVentiv staff across service lines Understand and utilizes the InContact Telephony System and records appropriate information in the SalesForce.com database in accordance with customer Business Rules and training. Keep abreast of the regulation, requirement and changes to factors that affect the processing of any HCP request or inquiry
|Requirements |Registered Nurse (RN) or BSN 4+ years of clinical experience 1+ years experience in the customer service field/ or a combination of education and experience (telephonic case manager, wellness consultant, telephonic triage specialist, Pharmacist, etc) Minimum of 1 year of sales in pharmaceutical or device experience or equivalency highly preferred May work from remote position Resilient and ability to persuade Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills Strong Organizational Skills Ability to multitask, take direction, maintain prioritization, and analyze information Must have clinical knowledge. Proficiency in MS Word, Power-point & Excel Must type 35 wpm or better.
