Our client is a growing Specialty Pharmaceutical Company dedicated to delivering quality medicines to patients in need.

Position Summary:

Responsible for achieving assigned region goals of volume and profitability, for managing Professional Sales Representatives and for implementing all dimensions of region marketing plan. Trains/oversees the development of PSR s, analyzes/maintains data and measures individual and region sales performance.  Responsible for the selling efforts in an assigned geographical area. 



  •          A Bachelor s Degree (preferably in Science, Business or Marketing) is required.
  •          CNS therapeutic class experience preferred.
  •          A minimum of 2-7 years of Region/District Sales Management experience preferred.
  •          A minimum of 3 years Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
  •          Ability to travel (60%).
  •          Good knowledge of Healthcare Management and Pharma Compliance.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  •          Maximize and monitor sales performance/achieve forecast within Region, challenge and guide the improvement of account strategies. Modify plans/tactics where needed to achieve goals.
  •          Manage the budget, expenses and other Region Plans.
  •          Provide customer and market data to upper management
  •          Coach/mentor and support the development of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative; deploy resources where needed.  Continuously monitors field performance, assesses performance and makes critical decisions when needed.
  •          Must be able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and provide effective solutions, probe and perform an analysis for resolution and know how to prioritize quickly to accomplish goals, eliminate roadblocks and create focus for the Region. 
  •          Develop and manage the business plan for the Region
