The Respiratory Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will represent the Client and its investigational drug/device therapy for the treatment of Chronic Nasal Inflammatory Diseases. The MSL will develop and maintain long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with critical stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other health care professionals managing patients with Chronic Nasal Inflammatory Diseases. The MSL will address the identified needs of these key stakeholders by providing relevant and compliant medical and scientific support in an effort to ensure appropriate education. Additionally, the Respiratory MSL will foster local and/or national research and educational opportunities if and when appropriate.





  • Establish the Company as a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to creating value through the combination of a breakthrough technology platform for drug delivery with existing, well-characterized drugs, to improve patient treatment
  • Build and strengthen professional relationships with local/regional/national allergy, asthma and ENT providers, serving as a key clinical/scientific resource to these specialists and supporting staff
  • As appropriate, provide product and disease state knowledge through discussions, slide creation and presentations to various external and internal customers
  • Identify and engage customers whose knowledge and expertise supports the business through company activities – including serving on Advisory Boards, participating in clinical trials and speaking on topics related to Company interests
  • Provide scientific support for company booths at medical conferences and meetings
  • Support product/disease state training for cross-functional colleagues
  • Develop and deliver presentations for Managed Market accounts and state Medicaid formularies when requested
  • Identify and support new research opportunities via innovative initiatives (Investigator Sponsored Studies) and recognize potential investigators and sites for clinical trials in collaboration with internal Clinical Trial personnel
  • Continually monitor the medical environment to sustain expertise in disease state management and new therapies, competitive products and features
  • Gather and disseminate appropriate, competitive information
  • Respond to customer inquiries to ensure relevant and appropriate information is provided in response to area of interest


  • Advanced clinical/science degree: PharmD, PhD, or MD
  • 2 years experience as a Medical Science Liaison
  • Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication
  • Demonstrated project management ability
  • Knowledge of FDA requirements
  • Understanding of drug development and product lifecycles
  • Ability to critically evaluate the medical literature
  • Ability to work independently and to integrate / work in cross functional network of teams.
  • Ability to build productive work relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 50-60%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Valid driver’s license
