As a working on the Records and Information Management team in the Legal department, you will be empowered to be an integral part of Takeda s Records and Information Management (RIM) team as a trusted advisor responsible for development, continuous improvement, and implementation of Takeda s global records management program, and a typical day will include:
Takeda has an exciting opportunity for a RIM eArchive Solutions Manager located in Lexington, Massachusetts reporting to the Associate Director-RIM eArchive Solutions Lead on the Records and Information Management (RIM) Team within the Legal department
This role will proactively respond to global records management needs of the business by supporting projects that critically evaluate and implement records management services. The incumbent will provide excellent electronic records management support for the Global organization in response to their business needs. The role will largely focus on addressing digital materials created by, given to, and divested from all business areas of Takeda for long-term digital preservation including the creation of metadata records. The role will also support the development of new or improvement of existing procedural documents regarding the creation, storage, preservation, organization, description, and access to digital materials.
