Primary Duties The US Hematology Portfolio Strategy Team serves as a strategic group that works to support our hematology franchise across our brands in several key areas. One key area within the team scope is the planning, execution and optimization of our branded educational programs for HCPs and patients. Management of these educational peer-to-peer programs includes being the Takeda liaison with both of our speaker bureaus of HCPs and patient speakers. The Educational Program Marketing Manager (MM) role within the Portfolio Strategy Team is a high-impact role in the US hematology franchise requiring leadership, organization, and a cross-functional and customer-facing approach to drive the success of our branded educational programs. Management and accountability of these programs includes budget ownership, vendor management, logistical oversight, identifying areas for program optimization, and working with the brand marketing teams, professional engagement project manager, and field sales team to drive the content and successful execution of the programs. Key strategic responsibilities of this role include working cross-functionally to identify regional educational gaps, monitoring program trends and survey feedback, and proposing new ways to hold engaging educational sessions with our customers. Other responsibilities of the Educational Program Marketing Manager include leveraging insights and learnings from our programs and bureau into the overall KOL engagement strategy for the franchise. This will include other areas of KOL interactions such as congresses ad advisory board planning and execution. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor s degree required. Advanced degree preferred. Internal Contacts: US Hematology Brand Marketing Team, US Hematology Field Sales Team, US Hematology Sales Leadership, Professional Engagement Project Manager, Compliance, Legal, US Advertisement and Promotional Team External Contacts: Patient Speakers, HCP Bureau participants, HCP program attendees, patient/caregiver program attendees Additional Requirements: Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time. Requires ability to use computer and electronic devices for extended periods of time, which includes extended screening time. Requires ability to travel up to 30% of the time domestically. Requires ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
