This role is fundamental to the success of TBS as it plays a critical role in building change capability and organizational resiliency in our global organisation, coaching business leaders on change management strategies, and providing direct change management support for the transformation and build of TBS. It will not only prepare the entire organisation for our transformation from current state to future state , but also drive behavioural and cultural change through engaging and timely communications and initiatives that touch all employees across the 73-country footprint of Takeda.
The CM Lead is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement. This role drives faster adoption of the changes, through the development and implementation of effective change management plans that address the communications and training requirements of both TBS and Takeda globally.
The Change Management Solutions Lead reports into the Head of Strategy and Relationship Management and is a key player in the extended TBS leadership team..
Accountable for the holistic TBS global change management strategy that will underpin the successful implementation of the TBS transformation programme and 2020 vision.
Builds comprehensive change management strategies to effectively support the TBS transformation by providing Change Management expertise and support through the creation of a global team of professional change managers and communications professionals.
This role will play a key role in establishing and professionalizing the internal global Change Management capability for TBS and Takeda, through the implementation of change management best practices.
Oversee communications support for broader TBS, complementing the TBS Communications Director by focusing on local and project requirements, i.e. areas which are out of scope for the TBS Communications Director.
Responsible for the creation and management of a global change network across TBS to raise overall TBS Change Management capability/awareness and enable successful execution of project change activities.
Key Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience managing change in a complex, matrixed organization, covering multiple geographies, language groups, and business models.
Proven track record in managing change in fast paced, global transformation programs
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced dynamic environment
A leader with an unwavering positive attitude - ready to play any role in solving the hardest challenges and resistance to change
Ability to lead dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs.
A solid understanding of how people experience change and the psychology of change.
Expert knowledge in change management principles and methodologies.
Exceptional influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels in an organisation
Excellent active listening skills.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Complex project and change management expertise with a proven record of success.
Demonstrate capabilities for deploying day-to-day practical change management tactics.
Preferred experience and knowledge in Global Business Services transformation.
Forward thinking with a holistic approach.
Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
