As a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Process and Training working on the Global Oncology & Biologics Operations team, you will be empowered to build efficiencies for the end to end manufacturing process and provide solutions to multiple stakeholders who touch the manufacturing process, and a typical day will include:
Train Global Supply Chain personnel on all facets of SAP and APO functionality and work to measure training effectiveness and sustained usage.
Possess broad understanding of all business processes, needs and requirements of Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Finance groups in order to map them to SAP and APO functionality.
Collaborate with IT on SAP and APO requirement gatherings, business blueprinting, design, process documentation, and coordinating testing & training in a global manufacturing and supply chain environment.
Perform as Business Lead on multiple Global Supply Chain initiatives including 2018 harmonization of U.S. SAP instance onto one Global Takeda template.
Develop appropriate business solutions within SAP and APO when new requirements do not fit current supply chain model. This includes data enhancements and creation of new reports.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of ten years of experience using SAP and APO within Business Operations or IT preferably within a GMP environment
- Expert understanding of Supply Chain principles and with proficiency in MRP as it relates to SAP and APO.
Experience in designing and writing process descriptions and engaging supply managers responsible for master planning, logistics, and production management.
Ability to gather and document requirements and deliver complex transactional and process training including curriculum and program development.
Must have a demonstrated ability to train supply chain professionals on the concepts and usage of SAP and APO.
The candidate should have demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
Demonstrated experience in executing multiple SAP implementations including deployment of APO and optimization of an ERP system.
