As a Graphic Design and Communications Intern working on the communication team, you will be empowered to learn about internal corporate communications and how to work within a fast pace pharmaceutical research company, and a typical day will include:


  • The Intern will provide internal corporate communications and graphic design support for the site under the supervision of site leadership.


  • Performs online/print graphic design.
  • Creates visual communications for multiple platforms: intranet, internal communications (emails, posters, slides, newsletter).
  • Breaks down long term assignments into day-to-day tasks that allow for timely and effective completion.
  • Owns and is accountable for, projects from beginning to end, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Creation and maintenance of corporate communications materials and files.


  • Must be enrolled in a U.S. accredited university for the semester before and immediately following the internship.
  • At minimum, must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must work well with others.
  • Ability to translate ideas into dynamic and captivating visuals.
  • Basic comfort with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Prioritization and organization skills are a must.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Communicates in a clear and articulate manner.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.


  • Manual dexterity required to operate office equipment (i.e. computers, phones, etc.).
  • Carrying, handling and reaching for objects.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long period of time.
