As a Sr. Global Compliance Training and Communication Manager working on the Global Ethics & Compliance team, you will be empowered to champion for a culture of healthcare compliance through executing global compliance training and communications.A typical day will include:
  • Design and facilitate Takeda s global compliance training and communications program to align the program outcomes with the organization s compliance and ethics goals.
  • Execute an effective Compliance Training and Communication program that promotes the positive benefits of compliance and ethics to company personnel/ functions to enhance compliance awareness and adherence and to effectively foster a culture of integrity.

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years experience in training, instructional design, technology based learning , communications experience
  • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft suite of products to include MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
  • Experience in global program design of compliance programs along with the ability to lead projects.
  • Experience in designing and executing communication plans.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel, to develop and deploy training and communication programs.
