Job Description Position Purpose:
Provide support to Aseptic Production Department to achieve perfect execution of aseptic processes. Drive continuous improvements as they relate to the aseptic environment. Provide coaching, mentoring and training.
Serve as a Site Clayton representative to global DFP Process Groups for assigned process(es).


* Responsible for providing aseptic process expertise on process execution & maintenance
* Responsible for resolving process needs and driving improvement opportunities.
* Responsible for assisting processes by providing A3 problem-solving and non-conformity support.
* Responsible for coaching and leading investigations for process-related issues.
* Responsible for coaching and mentoring Process Specialists-AP and APA personnel.
* Responsible for ensuring department documents are current and standardized.
* Perform other duties as required.
Process Group(s)
Serve as Site Clayton Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for assigned process(es) and participate in Process Group activities as required to fulfill this role.
Serve as a DFP subject-matter expert for assigned process(es) and drive improvement activities based on process performance, event response, process confirmation across all of DFP; monitor process performance on site and report performance to the PG Chairperson, drive or participate in event response activities on own site and leverage solutions to other sites in DFP, drive projects to evaluate and implement process improvement ideas and better practices locally as well as across DFP, ensure continuous improvement of DFP framework standards through a structured managing standards process, develop process competence across DFP and support other DFP sites when relevant.

Education: BA/BS degree in a relevant field

Experience: At least five years of manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical environment. At least three years of aseptic processing experience.

Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge: Ability to read, write and understand complicated product documentation and standard operating procedures with attention to high-level concepts. Computer literacy. Ability to drive continuous improvements via Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to attain clean room gowning certification and work with hazardous materials including sanitants.
* Ability to work hours necessary to support production.
* Ability to work in confined spaces and near operating equipment.
* Ability to travel internationally
