This role will be responsible for creating strategies for innovation that will distinguish the brand in the market and enable performance over the brand life cycle.
Lead team in development of all brand and tactical plan development and assessment
Creates a customer segmentation and market model that drives our go-to-market strategy
Works closely with Market Access team to develop practice support programs that are effective in a buy & bill market model
Leads effort to explore potential areas for business model innovation
Is an expert on relevant data and uses this expert knowledge to develop and evolve the core brand strategies.
Partners with Insights & Analytics to ensure that the brand strategies are grounded in in-sight and new learning is captured and used to assess the effectiveness of our strategies
Hires, coaches and develops Sr. Brand Manager(s)
Provides team and brand leadership as a member of the marketing leadership team
Works cross functionally with other key partners to review, update marketing competencies and ensure consistency with required skills.
Ensures alignment to, compliance with, and ownership of all NPC policies, including the Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.

Education (minimum/desirable): Minimum University degree
Desirable: MBA or a professional qualification
Languages: Fluency in English
Experience: 5+ years in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing
Experience and in depth knowledge of buy & bill strongly preferred
Market &/or Patient Access experience a key asset
People leadership with proven ability to coach and develop others for high performance and success
Have worked in cross functional, matrixed environments with demonstrated success in delivering results through collaboration.
Experience launching a new molecule in a competitive market preferred
Previous experience in Sales or other customer facing functions preferred
Experience in Ophthalmology and knowledge of the US Retina sub-specialty preferred
