Key Account Manager- Ophthalmology -New England

Leads account focused, cross-functional, matrixed teams through account selection, account plan development and implementation around shared priorities identified with key accounts.
Informal leader to account team providing high level perspective and key customer insights and strategy
Implementation of approved KAM programs with high degree of customer satisfaction and Novartis/Alcon Pharma team alignment.
Consultative approach with C-Suite leadership of largest Eye Care accounts in efforts to identify unmet needs within key therapeutic categories, translating those back to the organization and use existing patient facing tools to address those needs in a compliant manner.
Facilitate KAM programs to audiences of various sizes and stakeholders in Key Accounts on various patent centered topics
Recommend new solutions that address accounts patient-facing unmet needs.
Stays current on healthcare landscape changes and incorporating those
learnings as appropriate.
Navigates a complex account environment and understands the needs/issues of various stakeholder groups as well as those that converge at the highest levels.
Work in a manner consistent with Novartis/Alcon Pharma policy and the law.

5+ Years Pharmaceutical Sales/Leadership/Account Management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dynamic Platform and facilitation skills/experience
