The Associate Director, Cosentyx (US Region) will be the Professional Promotions Lead for the Moderate .to Severe Psoriasis Platform.
The Associate Director will be responsible for the strategic development, and tactical execution of the operational plans that is to result in successful pull through of the brand strategy. This individual will also play a critical role in the marketing mix strategic planning and cross functional alignment which is required to optimize sales, market share, and revenue growth for the brand over both the short & long term. This position will report into the Director, Cosentyx Professional & Promotions Marketing Dermatology (US Region).
Lead initiatives to differentiate the brand, solidify brand leadership and proactively protect against competitive inroads via compelling messaging development & tactical activation pull through.
Drive mass awareness of the Cosentyx Brand through sales execution & next generation surround sound communication (includes Digital, NPP, etc.).
Be an integral role in claims generation & messaging platform evolution.
Keep current on competitive activities, and provide materials and responses as required.
Provide effective cross functional leadership & collaboration
Ensure applicable company compliance with all relevant country and regional requirements, company regulations, policies and procedures.

A Bachelor s degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5+ years operational marketing experience with a focus on extensive product/brand management.
Prior experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role preferred.
Strategic thinking, the ability to collaborate and challenge the status quo.
Ability to build leadership relationships and influence in a highly matrixed organization is required.
Understanding of customer insights is preferred.
Successful Execution of marketing plans is preferred.
Up to 30% overnight US travel is required.
