This position has the responsibility of solidifying and maximizing Xolair P&L by maximizing sales and market share and managing costs through co-promotion with the Joint Venture Partner.
The position requires strong ability to collaborate and co-lead alongside an external organization. Incumbent role includes significant cross-functional responsibilities that are geared towards development of brand and function specific strategies and tactics to accelerate growth; as well as drive continued development of the portfolio through lifecycle strategies.
Lead professional, consumer, multichannel and access marketing functions across existing indications and future launches.
Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy and plans, performance tracking and A&P budget management in these areas.
Strong marketing skills and an in-depth knowledge and constant awareness of competitive activity in respiratory and market dynamics that can affect the product s growth trajectory.
Responsible for updating management on the progress of project and findings that could impact strategy.
Must be able to maintain a strong external focus and proven ability to engage clinical experts, as well as strong collaboration across line-functions such as Global Marketing, US
Medical Communications, and US Clinical Development/Medical Affairs.
Must be able to advice and influence leadership and demonstrate ability to liaison between Field and Headquarters personnel of 2 distinct organizations in order to be able to support all issues and promotional support for Field Forces.
The incumbent will be responsible for development of team and retention and attraction of key talent.

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business and/or biological science education with concentration in marketing). MBA preferred
10+ years of pharmaceutical business experience required that includes product management, sales, and market research.
5+ years of operational marketing experience
Demonstrate ability to define and build national marketing strategy
from conception to execution.
Must have strong clinical understanding in addition to being able to engage clinical experts.
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical/strategic thinking abilities. Significant travel is a requirement of this position.
Strong collaboration experience within a matrix environment as well as co-promotion experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a group towards meeting and exceeding objectives.
Strong leadership, planning and organization, and problem solving and decision making skills.
Proven ability to establish and cultivate key customer relationships.
Respiratory, a/o specialty/biologics experience preferred.
Cross-functional background (i.e. sales, sales mgmt, training etc.) in Pharma
