Drive business transformation and growth in CAC, in line with CAC strategic priorities, by successfully identifying and implementing commercial acceleration initiatives, going beyond traditional business model solutions. Seize main growth opportunities in our markets, by creating transformational initiatives linked to new business development, fully leverage access wins by developing and executing MOUs with governments and relevant stakeholders, BD&L and alliances management, early product planning, maximization initiatives and digital projects, among others. Develop marketing intelligence in the region, leveraging key dynamics, policies and innovation trends, by generating new capabilities to leverage data as a strategic advantage. Enhance the value of Novartis' drug portfolio and out-licensing opportunities in the CAC re-gion, via leading and developing successful external alliance agreements with top multi lati-nas and strategic local partnerships. Lead the strategy of BD&L development among CAC (Cross Functional), while building ca-pabilities to ensure sustainable growth and fueling profits according to regional business plan.

Degree in Marketing, Finance, Medicine, or related Sci-ence. MBA or PhD preferred. English, Spanish fluent, spoken and written Substantial (10-12 years) sales & marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, commercial experience (preferably generic type of org) Proven track-record of P&L responsibility. In-depth understanding of the Pharma market place including key dynamics, competitors, country regulatory and market environments. Proven experience of Pharma product launch and product commercialization processes. Strong professional experience in negotiation, business development and leadership commercial roles in the health care sector. Experience in working in an international and multidisciplinary environment, with strong focus on Latin America markets. Delivering the strategy through influence
